64Km permanent cycling event starting from Marple.
Starting from outside the Costa coffee shop in Marple the route takes you up Bakestonedale road (the Brickworks) and the lower part of Side End Lane and then on to the climb up to Eccles Pike (the e-brevet control is at the car parking spot where the climb flattens out) before reaching Chapel-en-le-Frith where the route takes you past Twig cafe which is great for a quick stop. There is then more climbing up to the Mam Tor Hillford car park. You then head back to Marple via the Wash and New Mills. There is plenty of climbing and plenty of fabulous view on this route.
