Introduction
This privacy notice tells you what to expect when Peak Audax CTC collects and handles your personal information. This notice explains how we comply with the law on data protection, what your rights are and that for the purposes of data protection we will be the controller of any of your personal information.

Peak Audax is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and complying with the principles of applicable data protection laws: the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (2018), and other laws that may come into effect to regulate the use of personal data.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee our compliance with data protection laws as we are not required to do so, but the General Secretary has overall responsibility for data protection compliance in our organisation.

Entry to Audax events organised by Peak Audax
Entry to Peak Audax events is only available using the Audax UK entry system. Data is controlled by AudaxUK and Peak Audax CTC Organisers have access to data for the events thay organise.
Party claim form
Riders submit details of their rides using the form to claim the award.
Award Winners names and date awarded are shown on the Party webpage.

Email Joining Volunteering Form
Users submit thier details using the form to join Peak Audax CTC, sign up for our newsleter or Volunteer. Unsubscribing removes all data from our secure email service provider. Data is used to send occational emails by autherised officials
