Winnats Pass

71Km permanent cycling event starting from Marple.
Starting from outside the Costa coffee shop in Marple the route takes you over the Snake Pass to the Hope Valley and then back to Marple by way of Winnats Pass. There are plenty of options for a stop or quick refuel in Hope and there is often an ice cream van at Ladybower Reservoir during the Spring and Summer. The e-brevet control is at the top of Winnats Pass after it has flattened out. When choosing when to ride bear in mind that Winnats Pass can be very busy at weekends and in school holidays.
