It’s a chance to see the Autumn colours at their best and features a loop around Ladybower Reservoir including a short offroad section.
We start at 9.00am from the Girl Guide HQ, Brickbridge Road, Marple. which will be open from 8.15am to collect your brevet card and coffee/tea will be available. There is no parking at the Guide HQ, and only limited parking on Brickbridge Road. Plenty of free parking around the Triangle (Recreation Ground) bordered by Strines Road, Oldknow and Arkwright Road and this is close to the finish at Marple Forces Club.
The route takes in the Snake Pass, Ladybower, Burbage Moor and visits the Plague village of Eyam, Tideswell and Hayfield. The finish is at our now usual location, the Social & Forces Club. .Some food will be available at the finish, drinks can be purchased.
