Aintree Gravel Ride

200km PARTY Peak Audax SR

This Perm can be ridden with the eBrevet. Setting out from Dean Row (between Stockport and Wilmslow) you are soon into the Cheshire countryside, passing Peover Hall and Hassal on the way to Alsager (Courtyard Cafe if you are ready for a stop). Next is Audlem with the Tearoom at No.11

Cheshire’s not so big secret

The route then takes you somewhere near the Secret Bunker (don’t tell anyone) on the way to Waverton.

Walk Mill cafe is just yards from the route if you fancy anther cafe stop.

The return to Dean Row uses the bridleway and ford at Swettenham (although the foot bridge here is by far the best bet).

The route was revised route in 2019 resulting in a reduction on the number of controls, all of which are now available over 24 hours, giving greater flexibility in choice of where and when to start, as you can start/finish at any of the controls.
